This is the way to have a meeting or impress your clients, a communal table with the chef visiting at dinner. This is a
great way to have a family gathering or getting friends together for a fun and fulfilling evening.
We can arrange communal or chef tables for groups of 6 or more - however they are limited to a maximum of 12 and
in some cases 8. Our wine dinners and events will also amaze you and your friends - we have many programs, from a
pre-fixe menu to open menus with wine pairings and some include scotch and beer pairings.

Seattle Romance Package:
Enjoy a day or two in beautiful Seattle, arriving on-board the Amtrak Cascades or Amtrak. Your trip starts off with a
wonderful relaxing journey to Seattle from most Pacific Northwest Cities or Towns, including Portland, Oregon and
surrounding cities to the south. Enjoy this romantic overnight excursion or extend your stay by one night before or
after a special holiday or event Valentines Day for a nominal fee.
• Round Trip Business Class on The Amtrak Cascades or Amtrak Motor Coach, Thruway Express, or regular train.
• Town Car Transfer to your Hotel, we meet and greet you at the station.
• Overnight hotel stay for two, choose from our different service or amenity levels
• Afternoon Tea or Wine Tasting, your choice
• Carriage Ride downtown and thru the market to your restaurant (weather permitting)
• A specially designed prefix dinner for you both, served with wine
• Chocolates and Champagne delivered to your room upon returning from dinner
• Morning Breakfast in room or restaurant (standard American Breakfast)

Not included: lunch, liquor or additional tours , however; we will be happy to arrange a tour for you at an additional
cost. Third and fourth person per room not available with this package. (wine is served with dinner, and champagne
gift to your room is included) Rates are seasonally adjusted summer rates are higher, and based on availability.
Deposit, our normal booking policies apply to this package with the following exceptions; deposit is $100.00 per couple.Deposit is the booking fee and
becomes non refundable after 14 days of the original booking. Your deposit is due to us within 72 hours of the booking, we accept Visa or Mastercard for the
deposit only. The balance is to be paid by a check drawn on a US bank in US funds only, made payable to "Culinary Expeditions Client Trust Account".
Refunds of the amounts paid are allowed if paid and canceled prior to 61 days before departure, except for the booking fee. You may cancel 60 to 31 days
with a 50% cancellation fee, cancellations 30 days or less prior to departure are non refund able. We always request you insure this journey and all travels.
