Escorted by Chef Rut and his team, this is a trip of a life time; no one is more connected
and well informed then our lead, Chef Rut. We are with you 100% of the time, meeting
you at the Bangkok airport and escorting back to the airport at the end of this journey.
Many of the tour operators offer "culinary tours" that end up being touristy journeys with
one cooking classes or more restaurants.  Please review  our itinerary below knowing it is
customized for each group to ensure that we experience the cultural side of the culinary
scene in Thailand as well as the people themselves.

Here are the basic inclusions:

  • A minimum of three hands on or combo cooking classes
  • Private river cruises with meal services en-route to our adventure

These are the basics, we have a somewhat intense yet fun itinerary that will explore the
true culture of the Thai people and the culinary scene, from the schools to the food carts
along the streets, you are going to experience it all in a way that you're accustomed too!

We will be happy to book you're air in the class your accustomed to, keeping in mind if you book
with us early, we can often offer you negotiated air fare that is 30% - 40% less then published.

Day One:
Depart the U.S. on your own - overnight flight - meal on-board

Day Two:
Mid morning arrival to Bangkok (varies based on your flight) - transfer to the hotel, time to relax
before we head out on a unique private Dinner Barge Cruise.

Day Three:
Breakfast at the hotel, before we start a relaxing tour of the Temple Dawn, Grand Palace
lunch at a local spot not visited by tourists, one of our special places exclusive to our clients
afternoon on own for exploration and shopping. Often this day is suggested for R & R and get
ready for the balance of the tour, we suggest you take in a spa visit or enjoy the pool.  
Dinner tonight is included; not as a group, but at your leisure in the restaurant at our host hotel.
You may have dinner at what ever time you choose during the service hours.

Day Four:
Breakfast at the hotel, we start today at the Floating Market, after the market we will visit a food
counter - favored by locals - then we hit the road to learn about the organic fields, sauce factory
visit and other great stops along the way - expect a late return to our hotel, as we stop outside of
Bangkok for dinner at a local spot and not a big city restaurant. We will be
invited into the kitchen
and allowed to observe how they local chefs prepare the foods of the region - tasting all the way
through the menu. (venue TBA)

Day Five:
Breakfast at the hotel - meet at 9:00 a.m. for a private charter trip to Ayuttaya with a cooking class
on-board
, snacks served as we board - watch, learn at the demo class then a nice meal as we
arrive in Ayuttaya, visit the area before returning on our own barge back to Bangkok - serving a
Thai traditional beverage on-board with fresh shrimp and fruit apps. Dinner tonight will be at the
Seafood Market - a once in a life time event!

Day Six:
Breakfast at the hotel - pack your overnight bag and be prepared for early departure to the
airport for a short flight to Chiang Mai - where we will do some exploring - a
cooking class at our
host hotel with dinner - the balance of the evening is on your own to enjoy the local flare or even
the night life. *you will not be checking out of our host hotel, leave the balance of your luggage.

Day Seven:
Breakfast at the hotel - check out of your room - we then head to the famous Elephant Reserve,
we will take a guided tour, riding the elephants and learning about the preservation plans and the
restoring of the species. Late afternoon flight back to Bangkok returning to our host hotel.  Tonight
we have been invited to a private Thai Barbecue exclusive to our group, enjoy dancing of local
traditions and learning how the dancing represents the history of the Thai Culture.

Day Eight:
Breakfast at the hotel, then morning on your own to so your last minute shopping and pick up your
custom made clothes you ordered. Then on to your afternoon cooking class at 1pm. we will enjoy
some traditional and unique recipes,

You will participate in learning about the ingredients before each of your prepare you own meal
and enjoy taking home a recipe book and the experience of your own skills in Thai cooking
Evening we will go to the night market for lots of excitement and some late night nibbles.

Day Nine:
Breakfast at the hotel - pack your bags as we will be storing them, late morning we head for the
Sunday Market - enjoy eating our way through the market - head back to the hotel, enjoy
afternoon tea for those with late afternoon or evening flights out bound.  Guests who have decided
to extend their vacation or are going on to a cruise will be on their own at this point.  Out bound
flight guests will be escorted from the hotel at appropriate timing for your flights.

We hope you captured the Thai culture that is so definitively shown through their foods and smiles.
I am very proud to be partnering with a well known Thai Chef, Chef Rut Poladitmontri; his talents
and his knowledge of the region is awesome - maybe if we are lucky Chef Rut will perform for us at
one of our classes or restaurant visits.  I encourage you to help us edge him to cooking for us!

Terms and Conditions of this tour: Special Terms - Rate is per person, for tour operations only; includes meals, tours, hotels, air in
Thailand, cooking classes and local transfers, all tips and gratuities.  Not included is air from your home state or country, personal
expenses at hotel, liquor other then wines offered at dinner, laundry, Internet charges, mini bar charges, phone charges.  

Costs: $3745.00 per person - with a non refundable booking deposit of $250.00 per person - this is your booking fee and hold fee, it
you decide not to continue with the booking it will be retained by us as a service fee. Deposit is payable by check, cash or major
credit card.  The balance is due 30 days prior to departure and payable in a form of check only.  If you book within the 30 days your
full payment is expected at time of booking.  ***Last minute bookings accepted if proof of Passport or Visa supplied-up to 5 days***
