Suggested Itineraries and thoughts for the region: 1/2 day tours: We leave Seattle around 11:00 a.m. - travel to your first winery (you choose all stops), have a late morning tasting, then we stop for lunch at a local eatery and off to our next winery. We will then visit your third and fourth winery of choice. I suggest then a return to Seattle. Approx. 6 hours total time with lunch, prices based on your wineries. Evening tour with dinner & concert: This is only available during a limited window in the summer at the Chateau Ste. Michelle, most concerts sell out at the time they are announced this is a wonder afternoon and evening in the wine country, and just think - you leave all the driving to us. We can accommodate groups sizes of 2 to 8 for this special evening. Special arrangements can also be made for larger groups. Depending on the concert and departure time from the Seattle area this tour will be approx 6 hours from departure to return. Pricing depends on your winery choice, dinner option and concert headliner. Evening tour with dinner at The Herbfarm Restaurant: This is available year round, Thursday - Sunday; except holidays. A very special evening with a 9 course meal like no other in the region. We start at Chateau Ste. Michelle - Columbia Winery - DeLille Cellars then off to the Herbfarm for a very special meal. The meals change by season and month, click over to their web site to see what is being featured during the month you are planning on taking a tour @ theherbfarm.com. We can offer this for parties of 2 - 16 and if we have a group of 16 we will arrange a private room at the Herbfarm Restaurant. Based on availability, and the size of our group. Private transportation included to ensure your total enjoyment and relaxation, no worries about driving or directions to the wineries. This tour will take better then 7 hours, dinner is a 3.5 hour event at the Herbfarm. Afternoon tour with Wine Maker Dinner in Seattle: We leave Seattle around 12:30 p.m. - tour several wineries of your choice. One of our stops will included a snack we have provided of cheese and fruit to keep you replenished before our last winery tour. We depart Woodinville Area to head back to Seattle for a wine makers dinner. Our restaurant venues will change with season, however our choices included - The Union, The Waterfront, Brasa, El Gaucho and similar quality restaurants. This is available to 2 guest and up to 16 guests, larger groups by special arrangements only. We offer this trip year round with some holiday and other black out dates. Priced based on wineries and restaurant choices, transportation is included in the pricing. Day trip with lunch and snacks: For large groups, or convention attendees who are looking for the ultimate group gathering. This is an excellent trip on a bus, the bus can be a standard bus, or a luxury bus with video and on-board dining. We can design from the very simple to very complex day at the wineries, during the trip we will be offering a box lunch and afternoon cheese and fruit snacks to keep us replenished and hydrated. One aspect on all our tours is the availability of bottled water to everyone, as much as one wants at any time. This is a very affordable activity for your group, social club or gathering and runs most of the year. Call for pricing based on your group size and type of transportation desired. Custom tours, wine visits, wine maker diners, wine tasting and concerts are always available! Let us design the best tour that meets your needs, and all affordable too! |
Perfect Day Trip! 25 Wineries - state grown grapes Woodinville wineries do not grow their own grapes, grapes are purchased from our state vineyards. Visiting from Seattle is perfect:
Woodinville makes for a great day trip from Seattle or near towns, we suggest if you are from out of town that you stay in Seattle and take in a wine themed property such as the Vintage Park Hotel in Seattle or other great properties. Our tours can be personal with just the two of you or let's take a group or create a list for future guests to join in on. I can post sign ups for anyone wanting to have a future group to form and explore. michael@cetctravel.com |
